Dr. Bruce H. Wilkinson
The purpose of Leading a Company for Christ it to help Christian business leaders understand the tremendous responsibility they have been given in leading a company owned by Jesus Christ. As His servants, we are to execute His desires for His company. He is the Owner and CEO.
Unfortunately, most Christian business leaders don’t understand that the business is owned by Jesus. And, as a result, don’t consider His purposes for the existence of the business, nor His instructions for how the business is to be run.
This results in one of the greatest platforms (opportunities) for Christian ministry to lay idle, unused, and ineffective.
Dr. Stanley Tam
Stanley Tam, founder of US Plastic Corp, legally gave his entire business to God and the profits that have been generated ever since have gone to the spread of the Gospel across the world. Dr. Tam considers giving his business to the Lord as simply an act of obedience, but to so many who have heard the Stanley Tam US Plastic story, it is incredibly inspirational and an extraordinary example of what one man can accomplish for the Lord when he puts God first place in his life. The Stanley Tam Story by US Plastics
Mr. Walt Wiley
In this insightful series, Walt provides humor and Biblical references to reveal the pitfalls of believing we “own” the business God has entrusted to us.
The result of this false belief often includes excessive control and worry about the business.
These sessions provide practical ways from the Scriptures to combat these issues in our businesses and our lives.

Effective businesses develop strategic plans rather than operating ad hoc.
Too often planning is seen by Christians as anti-spiritual. But, in the Scriptures, we are admonished to plan. The question is how. This series provides insight into how to write a strategic plan from a Biblical perspective rather than a worldly one.
Strategic Faith Plans consider business leaders in partnership with God in operating His business.
The essence of the teaching is this:
"In all things there are two parts, God's part and my part. I can't do God's part, and He won't do mine."
We must learn the difference between God's part and our part in the operation and success of the business He has entrusted to us.
Mr. Walt Wiley
There is nothing more needed today than encouragement (not flattery, true encouragement). There is no one in a better position to encourage someone than a company leader. As Christian business leaders, we are commanded to be encouragers. But we don’t do it. Why? Primarily, because we are too wrapped up in ourselves, because it takes time and effort to do it correctly. Based on Scripture verses about Barnabas (Acts 4 and 9), Walt Wiley explains what encouragement really means, how and when it is to be done. The result of true encouragement just might surprise you.
